Physio Active is a well-established Cape Town Physiotherapy Practice. Mandy Marsden and Francie Buhrmann ran the practice from Milner Road, Tamboerskloof for 15 years.
Francie Buhrmann (now DeerParkPhysio) moved to Vredehoek/Oranjezicht. Mandy Marsden relocated overseas.

TREATMENTS

We provide effective evidence based treatments, specialising in orthopaedic, sports and manual therapy. Our treatments strive for more than just symptom relief. We aim to identify the source of the problem and prevent the recurrence of pain and injury.

PILATES CLASSES

We also offer Physio-led Pilates classes at Francie’s Vredehoek/Oranjezicht branch. Sensible exercises are provided under the watchful, caring eyes of an experienced physiotherapist. As physiotherapists we understand movement and injuries well.
